Description In order that LiveRC can access the rac data of RCM, RCM itself has to provide a file based XML interface, over which LiveRC can access the data.

The minimum requirements are:
- live data from ongoing heat
- race results of each driven heat
- participant list

Basically it makes sense, that every file which is available as HTML is also available as XML.
