RCM Publisher Server

The RCM Publisher Server provides an interface for "third party" applications to access the LiveTiming data in real-time.

Application purposes are for example:

  • Live race data overlay for RC Racing TV (video live stream)
  • Local access to LiveTiming data for the myRCM iPhone application
  • Local access to LiveTiming data for the myRCM Android application

RCM Publisher Server has a HTTP Interface and provides either JSON or XML data (Eventlist, LiveTiming data). In additional RCM Publisher Server has a Websocket interface, over which the live timing data are pushed to the clients.

RCM Publisher Server can be connected to the following applications:

  • RCM Ultimate
  • RCM Professional
  • RCM Advanced

Hardware requirements

Supported operating system:

  • Windows Vista
  • Windows 7
  • Windows 8 / 8.1
  • Windows 10

Please install RCM into the directory which is suggested by the setup (if RCM is installed under "C:\Program Files", problems can occure)

Minimal requirements:

  • Prozessor: Pentium IV with 1.6 GHz (or more)
  • Memory: 1 GB or more
  • Diskspace: 2 GB or more
