Description	The error messages "pilot A and pilot B are using same transponder" has also to be shown within the heat arrangement dialogs. Otherwise it could happen, that the heat is started with this "configuration" problem, what will end up in a very strange behaviour, because RCM can not clearly assign assign a lap time to the right pilot.
