Description Function "Clear temporary transponder":
An option should be added to have the possibility for selecting the sections, for which the temporary transponder have to be removed:
- all sections
- all section of the active event
- particular section

If "all sections" has been selected, then the temporary transponders of the archived records should not be touched.
