Description During a 4-hour race, RCM crashed twice and shut down automatically. Fortunately, Publisher was running, so we were able to save the interim results and add them later.
I had already encountered some strange problems before the race and during qualifying, so I restarted the computer before the main race as a precaution.
The problems were:
- Before the race, I had to create people and change them on the day itself. The first person was fine, but after the second person, RCM became slower, and after the fourth person, RCM became very slow. It took up to 15 seconds for RCM to process the change.
- Various modules have a help screen, such as sections. It appeared automatically and would not disappear from the screen, so it remained in front of the text.
- During warm-up, I always add transponders to drivers who are going over the loop. When I clicked on the transponder, the add screen appeared briefly and then disappeared immediately, never to reappear. I had to add transponder numbers in a different way.
- During qualifying, Publisher regularly refused to load the new race. Publisher was on the same PC as RCM.
- I noticed that the RCM icon in the taskbar is red, the same as when I received a notification that I had to pay. In RCM, the payment pop-up has disappeared, Icon remains red.

Important question: the decoder still has everything saved. Is it possible to read this data again into race?
RCM is running on a win11 laptop, never had issues like this! A view weeks ago I had a 2 hour race with no issues.
