Description I suggest the creation of 2 new system announcements:

1) "clock is running, car number # opens the track" --> this voice is mandatory in flying start in many rules, so "clock is running" system anouncement would be necessary, and if possible adding the voice "car number # opens the track" to inform about which car passed the loop first and started the race clock

2) system voice to announce if a car passes over the loop that this car is the leader in that race, so when a car passes over the loop and RCM would detect it is the leader, then RCM should announce " Car number # is the leader" (this would help referees so much too)
