Description	Today, when reseeding you will have the fastest guys, all in the same heat being the first or the last. We would like to have a kind of ladder. I will try to explain below. After the first round of, lets say 18 drivers with a total of 3 heats and 6 drivers in each heat it will be as following. the fastest driver is ranked #1. He will start as car #1 in heat 1. The second fastest will start as car #1 but in heat #2. The third fastest will start as #1 in heat 3. Then, the fourth fastest will start in position #2 in heat 1, The fifth fastest as car #2 in heat #2. The sixth will start as car #2 in heat #3. The seventh placed percon will start as #3 in heat one etc...
