Description	This task is related to the ticket #1278: http://osas.rc-timing.ch/index.php?seq=SozrhCHykSCeX6cL7G5dsW96Ks394h Currently for each pilot a bundle of Timers are created and initialized during the start of a heat (within the counting core). If more then 30 pilots are added to a heat, then this initialization of those timers takes too long what can be a problem. Therefore RCM needs to get ride of those timers in order that RCM the provide the base for having up to 100 pilots per heat.
