Description Mr. Hosoda, a daktronics agency, made the following inquiry to me. He shuts down Professional, but the app doesn't quit in the background. At that time, does not appear as an execution app in Task Manager. So maybe there's something wrong with the end.

I myself have experienced this. However, it does not always happen, and it may happen when some conditions are met?

If the user restarts the computer, the problem will be solved, but if there is something that needs improvement, can you check it?

Mar 1, 2021 8:04:51 AM Felix Romer I've been in that situation with Ultimate. It doesn't always happen. Yatabearina has also done the same with Ultimate. The trouble with this is that it's not a symptom that always happens. I guess this happens when there are some conditions, but I have no idea what the conditions are. Unfortunately I can't tell you the exact information. In the case of Mr. Hosoda, it is Professional.
Mar 1, 2021 8:05:07 AM Felix Romer I can add some additional loggers to the "shutdown" procedure within RCM. On this way we know at least until which step the shutdown works an where it stops. That's probably the only option we have. I can do this change within the upcomming update, if this is OK for you.
