Description In ADMINISTRATION>MyRCM when I activate race registration and both the dates are the same there is a error report that the enddate from the registration is after the enddate of the event.

Example 19-09-2013 00:00:00 untill 19-09-2013 17:00:00

I think that the program means that 19-09-2013 00:00:00 is the end of the day, it has to be the beginning of the day
