Description	In order to detect in an easiest way marginaly damaged / not perfectly fitted / poorly powered transponders, it should be nice to generate a report with a similar template as the rankings that contains transponder statistics summary. The columns should be : Driver Name, number of loop pass, min Hits, average Hits, max Hits, std dev Hits, min Strength, average Strength, max Strength, std dev Strength Ordered by average Hits, one table per section the report is generated considering all loop pass during Free practice or Timed practice or Qualification or Finals
