Description Function "Clear pilotnumber":
An option should be added to have the possibility for selecting the sections, for which the pilotnumber have to be removed:
- all sections
- all section of the active event
- particular section

If "all sections" has been selected, then the pilotnumber of the archived records should not be touched.
