Beschreibung	RCM has assigned wrong point in final ranking list (final mode), if a pilot has not been driving. Together with this bugfix, RCM should support the following options for handling this issue, selectable over the rule. This is necessary, because EFRA has a different calculation defined (point 1) as for example the DMC does (point 3). 1.) Drivers without a result get the remaining points according to the qualifying ranking. 2.) Drivers without a result get points according to the numbers of drivers in the final. 3.) Drivers without a result get points according to the numbers of drivers in the final plus 1 point.
