Beschreibung	If the ReedyRace Mode is activated over the rule (for example for the final), but an arrangement already exists, then the ReedyRace Mode will not work as it should, as - for the ReedRace Mode, a seperate heat arrangement is required for each final serie - for the ranking list, it is required, that a heat arrangment per serie exists In order to "solve" this issue, I have added a "validation" function, which will check the arrangement against the configuration, and if there is a missmatch, an error message is shown listending the mismatch.
