Beschreibung	Some new race rules (FFVRC, french federation) request to have different number of drivers according final level. Typicaly 12 in Main final and 10 in subfinals. Currently, setting 12 for maximum driver and play with directly qualified / fix move up allow to reach the target for main final and all subfinals except the last ones witch can be generated at up to 12 drivers according the number of registred drivers. Independant setting of maximum drivers according to final level could be a nice feature (one setting for each of Mainfinals, Last chance Finals, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 - 1/2^n, 1/2^(n+1) - 1/65536)
