Beschreibung I'll try to explain somewhat better for you:

1. If every driver has run a dry heat, then all heats count.
2. In reverse it is the same. If everyone has run a wet heat, all wet heats counts. But then ONLY the wet heats.

So if you have run round 1 completely wet, round 2 completely wet, and round 3 only 3 out of 5 heats wet, then all counts up till heat heat 3. And heat number 4 and 5 is dry and must not count. It could even be so, that there is in every round ( of 3 rounds) is just one heat dry. Then all is counting, and of course all drivers must have run a dry heat. And again if not, only the wet count. And so RCM has to do ( if the timekeeper set the heat on wet or dry ) discard the dry heats in the ranking calculation. If not all drivers has had a dry heat.
