Beschreibung	When you set a limit of number driver per section, it is easy to "cheat" the system and get listed on the driverslist and not the waitinglist. Will try to explain: - Two sections, 2WD and 4WD, set limit of drivers for both sections to 3! - Like is should be, the first 3 registrations for 2WD were put on the driverlist, the 4th registration on the waitinglist. So far so good - A New driver registrates for the other section (4WD), because the limit of drivers is not reached, he is put on the driverlist! Now the "cheating" starts... - The driver who registrated for 4WD changes his mind and want to participate in 2WD, so he logs-in and changes his registration... section 4WD --> 2WD, SAVE! This driver is now on the driverslist instead of the waiting list. Limit of driver section 2WD = 3 Drivers on the list for 2WD = 4 Now I have a problem because I have 1 driver to much ;-)
