Beschreibung	If the timekeeper tries to move up manually any pilot from the driven 1/2 SubFinals into the mainfinal, the Drag&Drop will be prohibited if the training of the direct qualified pilots of the main final has already been driven. This needs to be changed that this move up will be possible, because it is usual, that this training is driven earlier (before the 1/2 Subfinal will be driven).
