Beschreibung	If there is only one final (A), and the values of "Move Up" and "Move Down" within the rule are set to a value > 0, then RCM is removing the number of "Move Down" pilots from the next round. If just one final is available, then this "Move Up" and "Move Down" logic needs to be skipped.
