Beschreibung	The new version of the Kyosho IC Tag system "LAP TIME DETECTOR II" seems to have a problem with the existing decoder interface of RCM. Before the heat is started, the laps are collected and shown within RCM. As well as the red LED is flashing when the tag is passing the brige. As soon as the heat is started, the red LED is not flashing anymore and based on this the laps are not collected.
