Beschreibung	The federation data handling should be aligned with the existing DMC federation data handling: 1.) data are encrypted on federation side 2.) data package will be provided with version info 3.) RCM will automatically deteced, if on federation side a new package is available and shows a message after startup of RCM 4.) the federation data are imported into the new federation data managmenet 5.) during the import, the imported data are validated against the federation data, and if something is wrong, RCM will show a correspoding message with the info and option, to adjust/fix this issue
